Right of Withdrawal and Return


Can I Return My Order? Yes. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • All parts and components are included and packaging is undamaged
  • The product was handled properly; damage from improper use is excluded
  • Products where hygiene is a factor must be thoroughly cleaned before return
  • The product was defective upon receipt

Returns are processed within 7 business days and confirmed within that period if all conditions are met.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How Do I Return My Order? If your order meets the above conditions, initiate your return by emailing: 📧info@lexi-lola.com 

Please include the following in your email:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product (if damaged)
  • Full name
  • Delivery address

We will respond with the correct return address. Never return the product to the sender — we will provide the correct address once you contact us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Right of Withdrawal

A. Cancellation Conditions The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a nominated third party (excluding the carrier) take possession of the goods.

Since our system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Once a shipment has been prepared, we cannot stop the shipping process. Cancellation is no longer possible after the goods have been dispatched.

The return is considered complete once the goods have been received by us. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Cancel an Order ⚠️ An order must be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed, as the order process completes and shipping is initiated automatically after this window.

Delays and Delivery Times As our goods are shipped internationally, delivery times may be longer than usual and are beyond our control. Once goods are in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and return them if necessary. You may notify us of your cancellation in advance.

To process your return as quickly as possible, please send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving and approving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Product Photos We reserve the right to request photos of the product being worn to verify sizing issues. This helps us ensure the concern is size-related and avoids misunderstandings.

Liability We are not liable for lost packages if tracking confirms delivery to the specified address. Please double-check your address carefully — any errors are the customer's responsibility. Delivery address changes must be communicated within 15 minutes of placing your order.
